Refund Policy
Last updated Oct 8, 2026
Every WhatPost account starts on the Free plan, a small allowance given once, so you can find out whether it’s useful before you pay. Here’s how cancelling and refunds work once you do.
The short version
- Cancel any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- You can request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
- After that, payments are non-refundable.
- AI credit add-ons are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Your first subscription payment
You can request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Email support@whatpost.io from your account’s address and tell us which payment it is. Refunds may not be available where substantial usage of paid features or credits has already occurred.
- We refund to the payment method you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The plan that payment paid for ends. Your account and your work stay, on the Free plan.
Renewals and plan changes
Renewals, monthly or yearly, and the charge for moving to a higher plan are non-refundable. If a renewal went through by accident, write to us as soon as you can: when the new period has barely been used, we’ll usually refund it.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in Settings › Billing in the app, or by emailing support@whatpost.io from your account’s address. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund the part of a period that has already started. Cancelling deletes nothing: your account and your work stay, on the Free plan.
AI credit add-ons
An unused credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been used, it is non-refundable.
Duplicate charges and billing errors
Duplicate charges, billing errors, or purchases affected by technical issues are reviewed separately. If you pay for a second plan while you already have one, the second payment is refunded automatically. For anything else, write to us.
Talk to us before disputing a charge
A refund from us is quicker than a dispute with your bank, and it keeps your account in good standing. If you don’t recognise a charge, email us and we’ll help you find out what it was.
Who processes your payment
Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. A charge appears on your card statement as CREEM.IO.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights required by applicable law.
